What’s a course like?
- This course is pretty comprehensive, which is why it’s segmented into three parts, so that you can tailor your learning to your needs.
- Each course is approximately two hours long and is led by master trainer Emily Kund.
- Delivered virtually, via Zoom (can make arrangements for an alternative if your company blocks Zoom)
- Each course consists of instruction, practice activities.
- A Digital badge is available for those who successfully complete a pre-assessment (completed, no minimum score required), attend all three courses, complete a graded practice activity (earned a ‘pass’ grade), and a quiz (75% pass score required).
