Efficiency. I hate wasting time and I like to do things that make sense and won't cause re-work. This is why I love helping people create analytics to make data-informed decisions.
Experience. I believe that we should build reports and analytics that provide a good (or great) experience, whether that's for the employee or the audience.
Accessibility. People, regardless of whether they can see, hear, touch, or have cognitive issues, should be able to access and experience data to how we experience it.
Communication. So many issues come down to the famous quote from Cool Hand Luke, "What we have here is a failure to communicate." Communicating helps ensure we're all on the same page and moving in the same direction.
